The Saskatoon Fire Department was called to the 300 block Ave N South last night for the report of a townhouse fire.

At 8:00 p.m., crews arrived to see flames coming from the upper story window of the building.

Water was applied while other crew members confirmed that no one was inside the house.

The fire has since been completely extinguished, and a fire investigator is on scene to identify the cause, origin and damage estimate.
