On September 26th, Onion Lake RCMP received a report that a 58-year-old man was missing. Arthur Howard Dillon, who goes by Howard, was last seen on the Onion Lake Cree Nation that same day. RCMP have been looking for him and are now asking for the public’s help to find him. Arthur Howard Dillon is about 6 feet tall and 180 pounds with shoulder-length grey hair and brown eyes.
