Craik RCMP say an accident on Highway 2 west of Chamberlain claimed the life of a 29-year-old Prince Albert man. The accident occurred over the lunch hour on Thursday about a kilometre north of the Highway 2 and Highway 733 junction.

The collision involved a semi and an SUV and the driver of the SUV was declared deceased at the scene. No other injuries were reported to police. Craik RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
