The Saskatoon Public Library in partnership with the Social Action Council of Saskatoon Unitarians are hosting forums for each of the city’s ten wards ahead of the civic election on November 13th, just over two weeks after the provincial election.
The events for Wards 6,7 and 9 have already been held, and next on the list are the forums for Wards 1,2,3, and 5.
Both Ward 1 and 3’s events are Monday night at 7.
Ward 1’s forum is at the Alice Turner Library and Ward 3’s event is at the Cosmo Civic Centre.
Tuesday night, the Ward 5 forum is at the Rusty Macdonald Library and Ward 2 is at Station 20 West.
The Public Library says the events are forums, not debates, providing an opportunity for residents to hear the views of each candidate.
