Later this afternoon, Saskatoon’s mayoral candidates will be publicly discussing issues of concern for older adults and their families.
Saskatoon’s Council on Aging is hosting a Mayoral Candidate Forum from 2:00-4:00p.m. at the Western Development Museum, with an intent to learn more about the candidates’ views on creating an age-friendly community.
Each candidate will have five minutes for opening comments, with a question-and-answer period to follow, moderated by Ken Pontikes. Pontikes is the former Director of Planning and Development for the City of Saskatoon, as well as former Deputy Minister of Municipal Government in the province.
The public is invited to watch for free. You can register on Eventbrite.ca.
