There is a special free airing of a Maori film in Saskatoon. A news release from Sunchild Law, which is one of the sponsors along with Sore Oilfield Services, says the Maori film called Struggle Without End is about an epic battle in New Zealand in 1864 where a small group of Maori, vastly outnumbered by British soldiers, went to war to defend their families and homeland. Some of the Maori actors and the film’s producers will also be attending. The first airing was Tuesday at the Remai Modern. The second Screening is at Prairieland Park on Wednesday afternoon at 1.
