Three men and a woman from B-C face a long list of human trafficking related charges thanks to an alert off-duty RCMP officer.
He spotted three vehicles traveling close to each other at a high rate of speed Wednesday on Highway 1 near Swift Current.
Police pulled them over for exceeding 150 km an hour.
They became suspicious after finding two young girls who didn’t have identification in the back seat of two of the vehicles shielded by tinted windows.
The four accused who range in age from 19 to 36 appear Friday morning in Swift Current Provincial Court.
The two young girls are also from B-C and not related to the adults facing charges.
