The northbound and southbound Warman Road access ramps to Circle Drive westbound are closed, as a watermain break on Millar Avenue just north of Circle Drive has flooded the area.

The breakage occurred yesterday evening, and subzero temperatures overnight caused the flooded area to freeze. The outside lane on Circle Drive westbound, east of Millar Avenue, is closed as well.

City crews have since turned the water off and are addressing the ice before roads reopen for traffic. For now, drivers should avoid the area or expect delays.

Businesses in the area that will be affected by a water outage will receive information about a Drinking Water Advisory.

The City says the public will be notified with another PSA once these traffic restrictions are lifted.
