Two new Provincial Court Judges have been appointed in Saskatchewan. Lua Gibb will take the gavel in Saskatoon. She is from the Onion Lake Cree Nation and received her law degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 2005. Justice Minister Don Morgan says, “Judge Gibb brings with her a wealth of knowledge in the areas of Indigenous Law, criminal Law, and restorative justice.”
Kevin dale Hill has been appointed in North Battleford. He received his law degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1998. During his career he has worked in numerous areas of the law including family law, civil litigation, and wills and estates. Since 2011, his primary focus has been criminal defense.
