Two men in their thirties are facing drug- and weapons-related charges following a traffic stop in Saskatoon on Tuesday.
At 2:00 p.m., police got a call about a suspicious vehicle. Officers stopped a vehicle matching the description near the intersection of Briarwood Road and Blackthorn Crescent.
The 32-year-old driver was arrested on outstanding warrants, and a switch blade was found in his possession.
The 37-year-old passenger was also arrested for breach of conditions. A police search produced a handgun in his jacket pocket, as well as methamphetamine, cocaine and fentanyl.
The pair face a total of nine charges.
