After sifting through nearly 100 applications, a student has been chosen to win the Suncrest College Win Your Tuition Contest.

Jonathan Quibell, a former Continuing Care Assistant, will advance his career in healthcare and begin the Practical Nursing program in his hometown of Melfort in February.

Not only had Quibell been balancing full-time night shifts with daytime classes, but he is also a parent to four children.

Eventually, his goal is to achieve his Practical Nursing diploma.
