Canada Border Services working with the Integrated Border Enforcement Team has made a major drug bust at an Alberta port of entry.
The CBSA officers working with RCMP Federal Policing Northwest Region, CBSA and Calgary Police Service have made a 189 kilogram of cocaine bust at Coutts.
The cocaine was seized following a secondary examination of a commercial truck seeking entry last month at the Coutts port of entry on November 13th. A news release from Alberta RCMP say the drugs have an approximate wholesale value of $2 million.
