Saskatoon Transit and SGI have again partnered to offer free evening bus service on New Year’s Eve.

Free fare service will be available from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m. on January 1; times vary slightly by route. Registered Access Transit customers can also reserve free service until 2:30 a.m. SGI partners with local transportation agencies in Regina, Moose Jaw, Prince Albert, and Saskatoon to help minimize the occurrence of driving while under the influence.

In Prince Albert free transit is offered from 7:15 p.m. until 3:15 a.m. January 1. This year there are six routes that will service the City of Prince Albert, and all routes will meet at the downtown Central Transit Transfer Station, including the Rush Hour, All-Day Express, West Hill, East Hill, East Flat, and West Flat.
