A 56-year-old man is facing multiple break and enter charges involving three different apartment buildings on Main Street.

Police were called to the 2000 block of Main Street around 2:35am Sunday. A witness said an individual was breaking into mail boxes and taking the mail. Police arrested the man who had break and enter tools. Two bags of mail were located nearby.

It’s believed the mail came from apartment buildings in the 1600, 1900 and 2000 blocks of Main Street.

The suspect is charged with 27 counts of Possession of Stolen Identity Documents and three charges of Possession of Break and Enter Tools and Break and Enter to Commit a Crime.
