A 36 year old man and a 27 year old woman are facing charges after a break and enter at a business and the theft of a vehicle. Saskatoon Police say, shortly after one o’clock Monday afternoon, a patrol officer spotted a Chevy Silverado matching the description of one that had been stolen from a business on the 300 block of Spadina Crescent the day before. The officer turned his vehicle around and then saw two people, now on foot, in an alley on the 400 block of Avenue T South. He stopped them and the officer allegedly found two syringes on the man; both loaded with what appeared to be methamphetamine. A baggie with the drug was also found. In the bag the woman was carrying, police say the officer found registration papers for the truck, and a laptop from the business. Both people are charged with Possession of Stolen Property. The man is also facing a drug possession charge.
