The program began granting funds ten years ago. Since then, $13.5 million has been allocated to projects such as community kitchens, educational spaces, and hiking trail development.
Community service co-operatives, non-profit organizations and registered charities are encouraged to apply online between today and March 3rd. Funding between $25,000 and $150,000 per project is available.
