A 60 year old man has been charged by Regina Police with Sexual Assault. On February 2nd, police were told that a 21 year old woman had been at a Chinese medicine clinic on the 800 block of Victoria Avenue for treatment. The woman alleges that the practitioner touched her in a sexual way without consent. Kui Zhong Lu was arrested and charged on Sunday. Lu was released on an undertaking and is to appear in court on March 18th.
