Saskatoon Police say they are investigating an assault in a pedestrian tunnel at Circle Drive and Avenue W North.

Saskatoon police say an 18 year old woman reported being assaulted by an unknown man in the pedestrian tunnel which runs under Circle Drive connecting Avenue W North to Marlborough Crescent.

The victim says she was approached from behind and her arm was grabbed. A tussle took place before she could run away.

The suspect is described as a white male in his 30’s with an average build between 5’10” and 6 feet tall. He spoke with a deep voice and in a language the woman didn’t recognize. He had on jeans, a dark blue sweater with the hood up. A black neck warmer was concealing the lower part of this face. He had black hair sticking out from under his hood, bush eyebrows and brown eyes. He may also have sores on his hands.
