Regina Police have charged a 33 year old woman in the death of a three year old girl. The death occurred in 2018. Zoey Hancock was the victim. Police say on March 20th 2018, they received a 9-1-1 call indicating the girl was found unresponsive at a residence. EMS responded, provided emergency care, and took the little girl to hospital where she was pronounced dead. The investigation by police began along with the Coroners Service. Yesterday (wed), police arrested Ashley Dawn Longworth and charged her with Manslaughter.
