The City of North Battleford is housing 200 from northern Saskatchewan who were displaced by wildfires.

The group is recieving supports from the Saskatchewan Health Authority, Battle River Treaty 6 Healthcare, the Prince Albert Grand Council and Indiigenous Services Canada.

A Facebook post from the City of North Battleford says “Over the coming days, additional support for evacuees will likely be required as this situation continues to evolve.”

Items that are needed, as well as drop-off information, will be shared publicly and on cityofnb.ca.
