The Saskatoon Stock Car Racing Association holds its third event of the 2025 season this afternoon at Sutherland Automotive Speedway. Racing in the Super Trucks, Super Stocks and Pro Late Models starts at 1 p.m. with gates open to the public at 11 a.m.

Saskatoon Youth Soccer is hosting the Green Drop-Mini Festival of Soccer, concluding today at the Saskatoon Sports Centre. A total of 226 teams, with an estimated 22-hundred-and-60 players – ranging in age from four to eight years old – will play a total of 339 games over the weekend. There will be 86 Under-9 teams, 112 Under-7 teams and 28 Under-5 teams taking part – without standings, game sheets or referees. Every player receives a gold medal. There’s free admission for all spectators with games today running from 9:15 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
