The Saskatoon Fire Department responded to multiple suspicious fires early Friday morning.
The first was a garbage pile on fire in the 1200 block of 19th Street West around 12:40 a.m.
Then around 2:20, the Saskatoon Fire Department receive a 911 call about a detached garage on fire at 113 Avenue N South.
A small fire was found on the side of the garage and it was brought under control in less that 10 minutes.
The damage estimate is $1-thousand
At 2:30 there was a household recycling bin on fire in the 900 block of Avenue J South, and in the the 100 block of Avenue M South.
There was a second recycling bin on fire in the same block of Avenue J South about 2 hours later around 4:30.
Around 2:45, a fire engine was dispatched to the 500 block of 20th Street West for reports of a commercial recycling bin.
At 5:30, a commercial garbage bin was on fire in the 14-hundred block of Avenue M South.
10 minutes later those fire fighters went to the 14-hundred block of Wellington Street for reports of two more commercial garbage bins on fire. All 9 of the fires are considered suspicious in nature.
