Prime Minister Mark Carney and Chile President Gabriel Boric spoke today acknowledging their mutual commitment to democracy and human rights.  In their talk, the discussion involved the trade and investment relationship between the two countries and opportunities to deepen the partnership.   Emphasis was on strategic co-operation on critical minerals, energy, artificial intelligence, and wildfire response with the two leaders agreeing to stay in close contact.
