@claytonkroeker If you haven’t been here since they re-did the place a few years ago, you should! It’s a totally new bar but still feels like the hose. Really like what they’ve done with it, good for watching sports or chilling for a beer with friends and the stage upstairs is great for shows. They have breakfast on the weekends starting at 10, this was $9 but it might have just been for the Kinsmen 50/50 thing. They got a solid breakfast here, love the potatoes and sourdough toast. 29. The Airport
@claytonkroeker $8 for this and it was fresh, made right in front of me. Could’ve used one more piece of bacon, but for airport food I’m not gonna complain. Plus the hashbrowns and tip option made up for it. I know the place after security has a not bad breakfast too. But if you’re ever waiting for someone at the airport this will do for a quick breakfast/lunch. @claytonkroeker Boys day out! Learned today that parenting while working isn’t the easiest thing to pull off… shout out to the ladies at the table next to me for being so nice! Shout out to the service at Grainfields, always solid… which is wild because it’s always humming in here. I’m a simple, run the football, kind of guy. Love meals like this. It’s not Gordon Ramsay stuff but it’s still dang tasty. Love the dollar fries here and the bacon is always the way I like it. @claytonkroeker Come for the homemade bread, stay for the CT Crunch Cinnamon bun. Cool spot in downtown Saskatoon, the atmosphere in here is great. Solid bacon, good waffle, just a solid breakfast in general with good service too. Love the little market next door (didn’t get any shots) they sell these cinnamon buns there… medium rare IYKYK. @claytonkroeker Immaculate butter-to-bread ratio on this toast. That can really add an extra oomf into a breakfast, hey? Bacon was solid, servers were very friendly and cool, I liked the eggs… like I said in the video this is bias because I love Market Mall and will never slander its great name. You can knock the potatoes if you want, I get it the homemade kind is good but I don’t mind the cubes. Good ol’ Coachman, always there for you. @claytonkroeker Love the sourdough toast, nice touch. Ask for it to be a bit toastier than usual though, I like mine a little raw. Real potatoes, the mini ones cut in half with a nice crisp on them. If you like onions you’ll like them too, but if not they’re easy to pick off. Bacon is good. Eggs are good. Solid breakfast for a bar that only has it on weekends! @claytonkroeker The bread was so soft, and the sauce on here goes so well with the avocado spread. Good bacon-to-egg ratio. I really liked this sandwich but I’ll let @Sandwich Dad🇨🇦 have the final say. The staff, service, atmosphere, general aura here is pretty cool. I’ll always prefer smaller, old school, mom & pop spots… but something super cool about walking through a big fancy building and getting a good breakfast at a cool new spot in town. @claytonkroeker They’re known for the burgers but Fudds is a solid choice for breakfast too. Doesn’t break the bank and kids love coming here. Plus you can get a little sweet treat for home after, always forget how awesome their bakery is here. The bacon egg & cheese was good, should’ve asked for a normal bun instead of the English muffin though. Sacrificed the toast so my buddy could have the pancake (which he loves, they solid pancakes for sure) but as long as I have the bacon and sausage from here I’m set!
