La Ronge RCMP are investigating after a shooting early Monday morning in La Ronge.

The call came in at 4:20 a.m. from Caroline Ratt Street where officers located an injured female teen. She was taken to hospital with injuries described as serious and police say she was outside a home when she was shot by an unknown individual.

Anyone with information or who saw suspicious activity on Caroline Ratt Street during the early morning hours of September 22 is asked to report it by calling 310-RCMP. Information can also be submitted anonymously by contacting Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers.
