Just after midnight Sunday morning, Regina Police responded to the 1400 block of Elphinstone Street to assist other emergency crews who responded to a house fire.

A woman was found inside the home and was taken to hospital with injuries described as serious, but not life threatening.

Both fire crews and police are continuing to investigate.
