There were a few notable achievements last night at Griffith Stadium as second year quarterback Jake Ferrell engineered a 31-24 win for the U of S Huskies over Alberta.
Ferrell was starting in place of Anton Amundrud who was unavailable for personal reasons.
Mason Grabowski scored his first career TD to give the Huskies the winning points late in the fourth quarter and Riker Frank scored his 31st career touchdown to become the Huskies all-time touchdown leader.
The Dogs are 5-and-1 and going into a bye week.
