A second individual has been charged in connection with a homicide in Regina on January 24th. That afternoon, police were sent to a residence on the 44 hundred block of Dewdney Avenue after witnesses saw people running from the house. Police arrived to find 49 year old Rodney Troy Ruberry in medical distress he was taken to hospital by ambulance where he died. Continued investigation led to the arrest last Friday of a 17 year old boy. He is charged with manslaughter and makes his first appearance in Regina Youth Court today (mon). 27 year old Josiah Pambrun was charged with Manslaughter in the case on February 13th.
